Art begins with resistance - at the point where resistance is overcome. No human masterpiece has ever been created without great labor.
A great article on Info dos and dont’s over at Smashing Magazine. Got me thinking from this illustration though how important perception is with hooks. To me the ‘hooks’ are actually not the all 3 of the pointed out parts.
It probably is a little in the eye of the beholder with regards to the one in the center and in some respects the right. I’m not convinced they are either strong examples of hooks. However, the article raises some great points if a little open to interpretation.
